"I had an opportunity to carefully examine the original 17 th century instrument of Nicolo Amati, the son of Hieronymi Amati.  This was definitely helpful to me in creating an exact copy.  My copy has genuine Italian timbre and the varnish is afire with all the colors of a rainbow when it is rubbed with a soft cloth.  The silver ornamentation of the pegs, end button and tailpiece have  been handcrafted by me.  Making this violin has given me great pleasure."
